🧾 Care: Best enjoyed in small enclosed spaces like drawers, wardrobes, cupboards, or linen shelves. You may keep the sachet inside its pouch or remove it and hang it with a ribbon. Avoid direct contact with clothing or delicate fabrics, as the wax may rub off.
As the fragrance softens over time (typically after ~6 months), gently scrape the back of the sachet with a knife to reveal the fresher scented layers within. After refreshing it a few times, you can break off small pieces and use them as wax melts in a diffuser to continue enjoying the fragrance.
Care for Wickory
A little care goes a long way, here’s how to get the best from your Wickory candle
- Trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each burn to keep the flame steady
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling
- Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time
- Place on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts
- Discontinue use when about 1 cm of wax remains

As our products are made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs, and we’ll be happy to help.
