🧾 Care: Trim the wick before lighting and place on a stable, heat-safe surface. To preserve the arrangement, remove and burn flowers individually. Remove any dried florals before burning and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Care for Wickory
A little care goes a long way, here’s how to get the best from your Wickory candle
- Trim the wick to 3–5 mm before each burn to keep the flame steady
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunnelling
- Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time
- Place on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts
- Discontinue use when about 1 cm of wax remains

As our products are made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs, and we’ll be happy to help.
